Tuesday blog hop with QKD!

It's Tuesday so that means it's time for a blog hop with Queen Kat Designs. Yay for Tuesdays!!

Now on to the projects! This week we had a color challenge. We needed to use the colors - chocolate, taupe, ginger, cranberry. These colors are not any of the colors I would normally use.

For the tag I distressed it with SU chocolate chip ink. I stamped the to & from in black. The snow flakes I stamped in a deep red, as close to cranberry as I could get.

For my card I used some pretty polka dot back ground paper. After I had stitched the two papers together I distressed the edges with an exacto knife. Becareful doing this, I had a few close calls. LOL

I got my chocolate color in with some yummy brown ribbon and my cranberry color with some dew drops.
