Stamp is from Queen Kat Designs stamps. I stamped the image in black Versa Fine ink and colored with Bic & Copic markers.
The snow flakes are cut out with the Cricut. Then I sprayed them with glue and glittered them. Even the big white flake has glitter on it. Let me tell you after this card there was glitter EVERYWERE!!
Then as if the glitter was not enough bling I added some bling!
