For this project you start with a composition note book. I bought a bunch of them for .25 each at the back to school sales.

You need 2 12x12 pieces of background paper for this. Cut papers to size and corner round the corners. Attach papers to book cover with very strong tape as close to the edges as you can get it.

Attach flower to the jean pocket. I used Glue Dots craft dots for this. Then attach pocket to front of note book. I used Glue Dots glue lines for this.

Now you can put pencils and pens in the pocket.

I get all my pockets from my Husbands jeans when they wear out. I cut the pockets off before I toss out the jeans.
