I'm back!

It's been a long time since I've been here. Thank you to everyone who has hung in there and stuck around with me. It really does mean a lot to me. I guess to sum things up the last 6 months of my life have been a whirl wind of sorts. I meet an amazing man, we moved in together a few weeks later. I have been happier than I think I have ever been. He has an amazing family that I am honored to now call my family too. So I now have a new crafting space. {pictures will come as soon as it's all unpacked and pretty again!} I'm working on some new cards and all kinds of fun stuff.

Well tonight I made this frame:

It's a small size clip board  {6x9}. I stared this about a month ago. This was before my crafty stuff was unpacked. It did not go well. I finally gave up and put it away. Well today at work all I could think about was this frame. It was just bursting out of my head and had to get made. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I used lots of ribbon scraps for the top. The flower is from Prima. I printed the picture out just on regular card stock. I like the way it makes the picture look with the distressing. I used an exacto knife on all the paper edges to distress them, then I inked them with brown ink.

I already have the next frame in mind! I'm going to make a really cute one to put a picture of my Granddaughter.
