This is my last project for the Purrs and Pants design team. Please make sure you check out the stamps over there. I really has been fun creating with the stamps from them.
Now on to the card!
Image is colored with Bic & Copic markers. Both the image and saying are stamped in black Versafine ink.
I punched out the Yappy Hour with a punch from Stampin' Up! The swirls are some chip board I painted black and then coated with Star Lite top coat. I stitched around the background papers and the image. Also added some white hemp twine and a red dog bone clip.
